move address book to outlook contacts

How can I copy all my contacts in my address book on a mac to outlook on a Vista PC???

Export the contact list save as a outlook address book and store to a thumb drive formatted in NTFS so that when it is plugged into your vista the system will see the thumb drive. The default OSX Extended Journaled is usually ignored by Windows because it just doesn't try to understand. The exception would be if you have installed a program with a driver support for the OSX file system (sometimes with a Mac External drive the mfr will include a OSX driver or a NTFS driver for OSX with the drive formatted as NTFS to promote cross platform use.)
