Move app window or move file/photo 3 finger gesture

Hi

I can't move app window like safari use 3 finger gesture or move file in Finder. What happen to it? How I move file/photo now???

Now it working again. Very weird thing do. Esp for Macbook Pro, MacBook Air and MacBook need it drag stuff.
