I am trying this forum as MacRumors has no forum dealing with the specific issue of Apple Care.

I have two Apple IDs and I have AppleCare coverage under both Apple IDs for different devices e.g. my 16" MacBook Pro is associated with ID A and my M4 Pro Mini is associate with ID B. I have around 10 devices with AppleCare, some under Apple Care, some under a unified AppleCare One insurance. I want to move them all under one Apple ID for ease of management (Apple decided to remove the ability to see subscriptions under two different Apple IDs for some reason, another helpful move by the idiots at Apple).

I tried to get Apple Support involved but it keeps crashing and I can get nowhere (isn't Apple a wonderful company).

Anyway the question has anyone else got this issue, have they resolved it, and, if they did, how did they achieve it.

Hope someone out there reads this and can throw some light on the subject.

You have AppleCare+. Call Apple Support. Recommend you don’t call them “idiots” or snark about the company while you try to plead with them to give you what you want.

Yes I will, of course. But would still like to see if anyone else has had the issue and solved it.

Not naive enough to be snarky with those that answer the phone, as it is not the support staff that cause the issue. 😂. They usually try their best and often sympathize. Just blowing off in frustration!
