When I got my iPhone XS, I moved my physical AT&T sim to the eSIM slot to keep the physical SIM slot free for travel. This has worked out great for me so far but I'm wondering what happens if I get a new phone.
I still have the original QR code I used to activate the eSIM in the first place. Is it as simple as just scanning the QR code on the new phone, or do I have to go back to an AT&T store to get a new QR code?
Does anyone have experience with re-activating an AT&T eSIM on a different iPhone?
