AT&T is offering to double the gig they offer on normal shared plans until the end of October. If I can get 30 gig per month shared by three people for the price of 15 gig AND reduce our phone bill by $45 per month is that worth discontinuing the unlimited plan? After 5 gig I would get throttled to a slower speed anyway so it has never really been "unlimited".

Any thoughts? Thanks.

Usually I advocate hanging onto unlimited--but this is a great deal. I would switch. I don't see the option for doubling data online but does this apply to single line plans too?

Edit: my bad--this only applies to data plans 15GB and up so I'll be hanging onto my plan awhile later. I wish they'd do this promo with the smaller plans.

I priced my unlimited and they can never reach a better deal. Two phones is around 150 for their deal, my current plan is 120 for unlimited data after tax. I hate the phone calls I keep getting.
