Move from DB2 to PB1 possible or not

Hi All, I get an error when applying the public beta profile running IOS11 Developer Beta 2. The upgrade initially responds with an error message and the retry concludes that IOS11 is up-to-date.
Is that because DB2 is the same as PB1 or is something wrong? It’s on my new 10.5 iPad.

PB1 is essentially the same as DB2.
