Hello,

woulld like to install/use Logic Pro on a stricly offline Mac (w/o Internet connection) .. My plan was to download Logic Pro
on a Mac that’s connected to the internet with my Apple ID, and then move the installer to the offline Mac.

I heard that apps you download with your Apple ID aren’t temporarily stored on your computer’s hard drive or SSD..

Is this really not possible?

Thanks a lot in advance!

There isn't an installer: Logic downloads as an entirely self-contained app.

I don't know what you heard, but apps from the Mac App Store are downloaded, and saved in your /Applications folder.

You can copy the app to another computer. It's possible that the app might ask for your AppleID on first launch, I don't know: but it should run without needing to be signed in generally. You just can't update it without the AppleID.

Also, on first launch, Logic needs to download all the samples and loops. You could copy these over from /Library/Audio, /Library/Application Support/Garageband and /Library/Application Support/Logic, but I don't know if Logic just reads what's on the disk, or if it has a database of what it's downloaded.
