Move iPhone content from PC to MacBook?

Hello all,

I wanted to ask you for some help.How do I move the entire content of my iPhone from PC to a Mac? My iPhone 5s is synchronized with the PC and I just bought an iPhone 6s as well as the MacBook Pro.I would love to move the content of my iPhone 5s to aMac and migrate it all to an iPhone 6s. I think I know how to move the music, but how to ensure that it is an identical copy, including photos and contacts, etc?

If not the cloud do a encrypted backup and restore on iTunes. It is all free!

Ok, so I did via iTunes. I think I have apps, photos, messages, eMails - all there. I just do not have music and movies. What is the right way to set up iTunes library on Mac and copy right files to right folders so that I will get music and videos too? Thanks!
