Move iPhone sync from one computer to another?

Hi all. I originally activated and have been maintaining sync with my MacBook, but I'd like to make my Mac Pro the primary iPhone host computer.

I'm sure it's really easy, but I'm a little weary about just plugging my iPhone into the Pro and messing about with all it's sync preferences.

Oh, also, my Mac Pro and MacBook are .Mac synced, so address book and iCal should be mirrors.
