Move items in Weather App

Is there any way to move the various items in the Weather app? I don't care about air quality or UV index so I hate that they are high up. I would like to have the wind speed and direction up near the top. Can these be moved?

I don't think you can dock and move the items around. However if you tap on "Report an Issue", then scroll right to the end of the screen, there is blue text hyperlink to give comments about the Weather App: "Provide feedback online"
