Move iTunes to a new Disc

Right my set up currently is that I have all my music on an external firewire, but my library is still in the default place.

I want to move all my music onto another disc so I can hook up as an airdisc and access this all wirelessly in the house.

What is the best way to get the music onto the other disc and not have to re add all the music to itunes?

I know iTunes has all sorts of ways to do things just not sure what is the best way.

Any help would be great
