Move mail from one User account to another?

Hello everyone,

I'm attempting to move all my mail from one user account to another. I have absoutely no idea how to go about doing this. Help!

Just using Mail on 10.4.5

Apple has a quick guide on how to back up Mail. Follow this, but restore it in the new account.
