Move My iTunes iPhone Data Onto New PC?

I know this has been asked hundred of times but I can't seem to find anything as I don't know what exactly to search...

Basically I want to just plug in my iPhone to my new computer and continue where I left off, however I don't want to have to copy all my music and apps over to my new PC if that's possible since I already have them on my iPhone...

Your best bet is to copy them from the old computer to the new computer.

While it's possible to do what you're asking, it's not an automatic process or something that iTunes does.

So rather than go to all the trouble to find 3rd party software and methods to move it from the phone to the computer, I really just suggest going from computer-to-computer as that's far simpler to do.
