Move Networks plug-in player darkens...

I've installed the ABC Full Episode player which uses a Move Networks plug-in and the presentation has noticeably darkened over time. I can't find any way to change settings in the player. Monitor brightness isn't the problem.

Today I thought of uninstalling and re-installing to see if that fixed it. I haven't done that yet, though.
