Move to iOS APP does nothing on my iPhone 16 Plus?

Hi Guys,

I am trying to transfer data mostly contacts from my Android Phone to iPhone 16 Plus using the Move to iOS app in the Android Phone, the APP says connect both the phones on the same Wifi or connect through a USB-C Cable and in both the scenarios there is nothing that happens on my iPhone. Can somebody please tell me what an I missing here ?
