Hi

I've got an XS Max and a 13.

Quite a while ago, I moved my watch to the 13 and then decided to keep using the XS Max.

I'd like to move my watch, which is clearly still connected to the 13, back to my XS Max without losing all my fitness data, my exercise streak, etc.

I can't do a backup of the 13 to restore to the XS Max as it's not been my main phone for a long time.

How can I do the move ?

Thanks

What OS versions are you using? There is a potential incompatibility ...
For the process, in-pair from the 13 and the pair to the XS, I'd setup as new. Your fitness data is stored to iCloud unless you turned that off, it will sync to your XS over the next day or 2.
But as I said, check the OS versions first

OS versions are the same.

I did an iCloud backup on the 13 making sure that the health data was included. I unpaired from the 13 and paired with the XS Max.

It did NOT ask if I wanted to restore from a backup but the history does seem to have been updated on the XS Max.
