Moved active post paid LTE micro-sim from Galaxy Tab 10.1 and no LTE only 3G

Hoping some Verizon experts can chime on my issue. I moved my post paid VZ Galaxy Tab 10.1 sim to my VZ iPad and all I get is 3G service, no LTE. I get LTE service just fine on the 10.1.

I was hoping to swap the sim over back and forth, because it wouldn't make sense for me to pay for two services.

Hope someone knows why.
