Mac OSX 10.4.11, Partitioned hard drive. I moved Applications file from one partition to the other and the file with the "A" icon disappeared. Now plug-ins and other things do not work right. How do I create another Applications file or restore my old one? I have the contents of the App. file saved, but finder cannot locate original 'Applications' file! (Automator cannot either.) I moved the file because each drive partition has 25 GB of memory. I was downloading everything onto "Administrator" partition and memory was getting full in that sector. (Only about 8 GB of mem. left out of 25 GB.) The other partition, "Animation' still had much free space (23 GB) going unused. So little GB left on my Admin. partition was slowing down the OS. How can I put the other partition space to use? Obviously I am an intermediate level Mac user at best (or I never would have moved that darn file to begin with.) so please be concise in instructions. Any help would be greatly appreciated.!!!

Why is nobody answering this question?? I thought that MacForums had smart, knowledgable members who knew the answers to these types of questions!! Is this too hard for you guys??
