Moved HD/SD tv episode to ext. drive and the episode now split

I moved 24 redemption to an external drive and now the 2 files are showing up separately in itunes. I first noticed there was a problem when I was given a message that said the episode couldn't be copied to my iPhone as it couldn't be found. I found the file using the finder, double clicked it and it showed up underneath the HD version of the file.

Anyone got any ideas on how I get them "joined up" again?

Remove all parts from the iTunes database (not the actual files!) and drag them into iTunes again.
