moved itunes folder: digital movie copy errors out

I added another user account to my computer and wanted to share the itunes among them. all of my old music, video and app files show up fine.

but I tried downloading a digital movie copy and it says: "an error occured while copying "movie title" from the dvd to your computer. the required disk cannot be found"

on the downloading page it says (err = -35)
-don't know what this means

I then downloaded the itunes free song and it downloaded just fine.

not sure if it has anything to do with the folder move since the music transferred fine.

Help!!! I can't figure this out
