MP 1,1-5,1 Moved to new logic board, most works but not spotlight

Pretty much I just took hdd out from 2010 5,1 to 2012 5,1 and mac booted with no issue.

but then I notice my spotlight is not working. When I try to search terminal or whatever app, it doesn't find it. just off web, etc.
Tried to reindexing by draggina application folder and remove, I get an error.

Any idea?

How do you delete your post? my spotlight started working.
