Movie audio out of sync with video since iOS14

As the title says. All 4 of our devices, since updating from iOS13 to 14. Movies are out of sync by about 5 seconds or so. This seems to be independent of where the movie came from or movie encoding. I tried removing and adding back but the problem persists. These are mostly movies ripped from my own collection. Some are purchased directly from iTunes although the ones that do play correctly are from iTunes. Any ideas?
