I have a little predicament. My mother loves to watch BBC. What she likes to do is to order the season from the UK (we live in america) because it is usually released there before its released in the US. When she tries to watch it (on her MBP) DVD Player requires her to switch countries. (Somehow there is a different format for dvds for different countries) Then it says that she can change countries only 5 times before it locks in on one. How can she bypass this restriction.

It would appear that this is a permanent lock after 5 tries. You would have to probably delete iDVD and reinstall it. You could actually extract the iDVD install file off your system install DVD with this: http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/6812
