Movie Download Issue

Ok, I started a movie download on my Ipad, need to cancel it.

I went into movie folder and removed it, but it still is in my itunes app under downloads.

How can I stop the download completely.

I believe that once you buy a movie it's yours even until it's totally downloaded. You may be able to contact Apple and explain that you be longer want to download the entire movie?
