Movie iTunes Mobile Application folder to new iTunes??

My old iTunes library has become so corrupted that I started a new one on my nMP coming from a cMP.

I want to know if it's possible to just move over my Mobile Application folder to the new iTunes. Is it possible to drag the old mobile application folder into the new iTunes Media folder created?

So the pathway would be this:
iTunes > iTunes Media > Automatically Add to iTunes --> (drop Mobile Applications here).


Would this work?
