Movie Maker for OSX?

Hello, I have a question.

I play world of warcraft, and would like to make "in game" movies. I was told Quicktime Pro would do that, so I registered quicktime with apple, but do not see how it can record game footage.

When I ran my windows box, I would use an application like FRAPS.

Is there anything like that for Mac OSX? I tried googling, and ran into a lot of deadends..

can anyone toss out some leads or advice?
