Movie players flickering?

Sites such as Youtube, Twitch etc... Flicker when I go into full screen mode. What i mean by flicker is, the bottom 1/3 will flicker on the top of the streaming, e.g. The stream bar + the bottom part of the picture. Sometimes it will go crazy and flicker like mad, sometimes it will be a few times a minuet. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Here are my iMac specs:

27"
Graphics NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680MX 2048 MB
16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
3.4 GHz Intel Core i7

Have you tried different browsers? And what about starting in safe mode and seeing if it does it then. Sounds to me like a software problem.
