Is this related to my connection (NBN) or could it just be Apple 100% ?
All purchases appear on my AppleTV 4, but some times i go to play them they come up as "Rent" or "buy"
This doesn't seem to happen to Apple TV 3 i also tested it on, nor does it happen on Mac either..... SO i've kinda put this down to my other post as a firmware bug..
Trouble is, since the problem is intermittent anyway, i how can I convince Apple of this ?
I have talked to then 3 times already, and they insist its iTunes account related, or the fact i have not purchased.
But also, since all this happened around the same time i switched over from DSL to NBN, I'm also including that as well, (possible connection not stable) so get alternative views.
Restoring via USB-C connection doesn't help this issue. Any clues here?
