Movie recommendations will not go away

On my Apple TV 4K 2021, the Movie Recommendation TAB within iTunes Movies has a bunch of movies there. I cannot make these go away. Some are irrelevant and strange. I have my second Apple TV (4k 2017 with the exact same problem) It says on two entries: because you watched XXXXX (I did not). No one else uses these Apple TVs or the account.. I made sure that the Apple ID's have (one is the iCloud and another for purchases) have personalized recommendations off (done through iOS settings my account). Have logged out and logged back in. Have not tried a total reset to avoid reentering a multitude of passwords. These recommendations are not in my iPad or iPhone or Mac.

Any idea how to resolve this?
