Movie splitter to upload to youtube

i have a bunch of videos that i want to upload to youtube. youtube puts a limit of 10 minute or 100 MB so what would be easiest software (preferably free) to split a movie based on size so that i can upload them to youtube.

The easiest way might be iMovie, especially as it is preinstalled on most macs.
