movie sync issue between photos on Mac and iPhone

Hi! I have some movies on the Mac stored in photos that for some reason won't sync with my iPhone - the finder reports:

“0CF978AB-080F-4BF9-A4FA-9C70153F6434.mov” was not copied to the iPhone “Michael’s 13th iphone” because it cannot be played on this iPhone.
Some videos were not copied to the iPhone “Michael’s 13th iphone” because they cannot be played on this iPhone.

Unfortunately that is not the true filename of the movie and for the life of me I can't identify the file!

Help!
