movie to dvd help?

i have a movie i made in imovie i need to burn to a disc to be playable on a low end dvd player. i have toast and visualhub so i can pretty much convert the file to anything i need

i tried burning the m4v that i exported from imovie directly in toast but that didn't work

what should i do
