Movie to menu to second movie can iDVD do this?

I am working on a project that they have requested the following happen. They want a main menu with 6 movies to select from. Then when you pick any of the movies, the video will play for 10 min and they want the video to then go directly to a menu that ask a question. with only a next button as the option. When button pushed you go to another menu with another question and a next button. When this button is pushed you will start another video clip. My questions are 1) Can iDVD do this?? 2) if Not can DVDSP do this.

This doesn't sound like something iDVD can do, but DVDSP can.
