iPod touch Movie via HandBrake won't sync

I used HandBrake to rip an a season of Chappelle Show. It will play on iTunes, so I can watch the whole thing on my computer, but it will not sync with my iPod touch.

Any suggestions?

In iTunes right click on the movie and select convert to iPod/iPhone.

I did that already. Just had to check the correct box in iTunes, so my fault!!
