I had a 3rd gen ipod touch with music and a number of movies, some downloaded from itunes and some of my own done with handbrake and it worked just fine. Ipod was distroyed in accident. Got another 3rd gen touch and went to reload all material from the itunes site on computer which had everything in it but all loaded just fine except the movies that I had put into my itunes through handbrake. They all said the format could not be played on this ipod. Confusing as all had played just fine on the previous ipod. Any thoughts on what might be going on?
