Movies won't sync to iPad after processing with Subler

Here's an odd one: sometime in the last few months, I started having issues where movies wouldn't sync to my iPad anymore.

I finally nailed it down: it's Subler.

I use Handbrake to rip/convert from DVD.
These files will sync to my iPad, no problems.

Once I process the movie through Subler (to add album cover and other info), it won't sync anymore. iTunes throws up an error, and that's it.

I didn't use to have these issues, in the past, Subler worked just fine.
Not sure when I updated Subler, but at some point, the last update must have broken something.

Anyone else having issues, or know a solution ?

i use Identify to add cover pic and other data. could try that instead?
