iPod touch Movies won't sync to iPod Touch

Hi....

Ok so I bought a SW: Clone Wars episode and got a free behind the scenes video... they downloaded ok; except the free behind the scenes video had a problem but eventually moved on and downloaded successfully. The episode had no problems. Both appear in the Purchased file and the TV Shows playlist.

Now, they won't sync to my iPod touch.
I have the setting on were it only syncs items that are checked. Both are checked. I hit the 'sync' button every now and then, hoping they will sync, but they don't.
And I am not out of room.

If you notice that I am missing something, please tell me.

theres a bar at the top that says sync all watched or unwatched or just all episodes of it. it probably says sync all unwatched right now just switch it to all.
