Long story short:
I backed up my iPhone on my computer, my phone died so I had to get a new one, then my computer hard drive died so I can't connect a USB into my computer to restore it. I located the back up file and moved it to my laptop, to the file which restores are; but when I open itunes to restore, it isn't there!
This is driving me insane, HELP!
