Moving Address Book contacts between computers

I did do a search for this topic, had no luck in finding what the answer.

I want to import the contact info and notes from the Address Book that is on my wife's Mini at home, onto my Macbook on the road. Is there an easy way to do it? Can it be emailed? Or, do I need to wait to get home and transfer it using file sharing? If so, how do I do that?

In the Minis address book:

File -- Export -- Address Book Archive

Thats one file that can be e-mailed w/ all your info.

I would assume I would download it from her email attachment, then File>Import and it will auto populate?
I will let ya know how it works.

Or just double click the file. Should auto import with a question or two.
