Moving aiff,wav files

Hi all, hope someone can help...

I use my ipad (AIR 16GB) for music making only. Using AUDIO files aiff-wav.

I have a 32 GB micro SD card and adapter, with 8GB of wav samples.

Is there a hardware that lets me to access them either with WI-FI or plugged in?...that is if I want a Kick sample navigate to a "kick" folder, open, listen to it, load it into iPad, into Audio share?

I know it exists for photos but how about AUDIO files? They are short, ranging from a fraction of a second to a 3-10 second loop?
