Moving Aperture to New computer with ref. files

I have Aperture on my computer with 98% of the pictures referenced on an external hard drive. Now I'm getting a much larger internal HD, first how do I move Aperture to the new computer and second how do I move the external pictures to be referenced to the new computer on the new computer HD
