Moving appointment from one calendar to another

I have an iPhone 4S. I made an appointment on the phone with the hope it would end up on my calendar that syncs with my computer. After the appointment had passed I noted that the appointment did not sync and was not on my iPhone calendar.

I opened up my appointment and tried to change the calendar via editing the apointment. When I do this the phone pretty much freezes.

I tested this by creating an apointment in the future and editing the calendar and this worked just fine.

In conclusion I can't change the calendar on an appointment that occurs in the past.


Any tips on how to fix this?

No. It was an appointment I created on my iPhone.
