moving apps from 3GS to 4s

so I synched my 3GS and now I want to transfer my apps and setting to my new 4s, contacts were done at the store. I updated my iMax to iTunes 10.5, but I still can transfer my stuff to the new phone. Any suggestions?

Huh?

Itunes will do it all over for you - unless you set it up as a new phone. Even then it's no big deal.

If you are having trouble with that then just re sync your 3GS in itunes.
