Moving Avatars

If the file size is too large, then it doesn't animate. I hate most animated 'tars unless they're subtle and a bit clever.
 
You could find and use a gif animator program to make your own avatars. I always make my own avatars because its fun and more personalised.
 
I like this one here. I'm working on trying to get it to move.

ImageReady: First a bit of cropping, then used Image Size to get it down to a 75 px width. Then just saved it optimized in gif format (adaptive reduction, 256 colors, transparency with a #eeeeee matte, etc). :)
