Moving between MBPs - how to transfer all partitions

I have a 2012 rMBP and I recently bought a 2014 rMBP. My MBP has two partitions, one with OS X and FileVault 2 and another with Windows 7 Bootcamp. What's the fastest, best way to transfer this setup over to the new mac? If I can resize the bootcamp partition to increase its space a bit in the process that would be awesomesauce.

No. Partition are user specific formatting in their hard drive.

For Boot Camp use the shareware Winclone.
