Moving bookmarks from FF to Safari - apostrophes replaced with #37;

I've got a real goofy issue. I just migrated from Firefox to Safari, and when I tried to transfer my bookmarks the issue mentioned in the title happened. I have about 50 bookmarks that are affected. Is there any quick way to fix them all, say, with an AppleScript?

Open up the bookmarks file you created when you did the export from Firefox with TextEdit. Command + F. Find "#37;" and replace all with an apostrophe.
