Hello, all! Here is my question: I would like to move my bootcamp partition from my Macintosh HD to a second (dedicated)internal drive in my Mac Pro.

I am aware that there are important differences between windows MBR and the Mac file system that might foil my plans.

I have googled this extensively and this is what I have come away with: I could potentially destroy my computer!!

If anyone has any experience with this I would appreciate hearing it. I am just not wanting to reinstall Windows from the ground up on a new partition. That I know how to do. But how do I move my old Bootcamp partition?

Thanks for any advice! :)

Winclone from Twocanoes Software might come in handy for you: when you made a "clone" of your windows partition you can install it later on the new one that you'll create ... worked fine for me.
