Moving Bootcamp

Hi, Currently running Windows 10 in Bootcamp on my MacBook Air but In this environment it can't handle what I need so I have to move to a dedicated Windows Laptop. Is there a way to move all my applications, settings etc from the bootcamp to the new Windows laptop or do I have to reinstall everything from scratch?

AFAIK there are solutions to convert boot camp partition into a virtual machine. Then you can use some Windows tools to restore said VM to a physical computer. I never did any of those before, but give it a shot.
