Moving contacts from iPhone 3G to Motorola Razr v3

My dad can't get used to the iPhone and wants to switch back to his flip phone. The problem is, his SIM card can only hold 250 contacts, which he filled up, and he has 715 contacts. Is there any way I can move these 465 contacts over to the Razr without breaking my thumbs?
