I just got an iPhone 4 and wanted to know if there was any way to move all of your cydia apps and sources over to the new phone without having to jailbreak it and re install/download all over again. I have something called aptbackup but I think that only works if you restore your current phone.

You still have to jailbreak one way or another. Otherwise you can't run the unsigned code makes all those wonderful jailbroken program possible.

I like PKGBackup. It lets you export all your apps as a "Contact" in your address book. Then, once you are rejailbroken and have Cydia and PKGBackup reinstalled, you just import the "Contact" and you are good to go.

Just remember that a great number of Cydia apps don't yet run under iOS 4.
So if you import them all at once, your phone will likely crash.

Anytime you jump to new level of firmware, it's best to install them one by one, otherwise you won't know which ones are crashing the phone.
